I am a healer-in-training and a practitioner of radical autonomy. My days are defined by the rigorous pursuit of a Master’s in Clinical Counseling and the grounding reality of raising children within the echoes of a life I’ve had to rebuild from the studs up. I believe in the clinical power of the "reset"—the moment when the nervous system finally finds safety—and I live my life as a testament to that recovery. Beyond the credentials and the management of a sovereign household, I am a creature of sensory depth. I am the woman who finds more God in the friction of water against skin than in a crowded room, and more peace in the silence of a basement meditation than in the noise of modern "belonging." I am not here to be understood by the many; I am here to be found by the few who recognize that a life built on high standards and heavy grief can still be beautifully, scandalously full of joy.
